Can't rem when was the last time I blog... nothing much that I could blog about... just the D day is this Friday... had been very worried and "scare-ed" of all the uncertainties that will present itself, after D-day.

Since you have already made the decision, don’t ever look back. You have taken the intrepid steps forward to venture out into the uncharted territories. Trust that everything will turn out well in the end. You need to keep the faith and be confident of your capabilities.
I remember quitting in December just last year. I quit without a job, against the wishes of my friends. I realized it was time for me to go when I had been dragging my feet to work in November.
I took it as a break to relax and de-stress. Even though I was without a job, it was easier to go for interviews. I did not have to take “fake MC”s or come up with some rotten excuse to absent myself from work. I took about one and a half months to find a job I am truly passionate about. Hope you can find a job that you are really passionate about, so you will feel much happier.
Hope you can treat this period as a well-deserved break for you after all the hard work you have put in the past one year. Hope you will find your job of your dreams, where there are bright prospects, good colleagues, and you enjoy the work you do.

PS: I remember mentioning my financial advisor friend to you in your earlier blogs. I think you better not contact her. At first, I thought she was nice coz she didn’t sell me anything at the first meeting. These days however, she has been rather pushy.
