I have chapped lips too, coz I am usually dehydrated. I highly recommend this lip balm, ChapStick (blue and white color), it is really effective for lubricating the lips.

Your book sounds interesting, what is it about? I may borrow it from library if it is a good book.

Bookwise, I highly recommend this book, by a Buddhist monk, Thich Nhat Hanh, “Creating True Peace, ending the violence within yourself, your family and community”. Very often, we bottle up our pain inside, we try to put on a brave façade for the world, but deep inside, we are hurting. This book teaches us how to acknowledge our pain, to embrace and love ourselves through a series of meditation techniques.

Another book I highly recommend, if you are ever interested in the REITs market, is “Playing the REITs GAME” by Dominic Whiting, published by John Wiley & Sons (Asia) Pte Ltd, this year. It highlights the situation of REITs markets in Asia to date and which stage they are at the REITs life cycle, the various REITs in different countries and what to look out for prior to investing in REITs.
